About Justin

Justin is CrossFit Aspire’s head coach and has been coaching CrossFit for over 8 years. He has both coached and competed on a team that qualified for the CrossFit Games. He loves the simplicity and effectiveness of CrossFit.  “We take useful movements, heavy weights, sprints, body-weight circuits and Olympic lifting, constantly vary the weights, the reps, the length of workouts, and the movements, and we do them as hard as we can.” He feels the best way to improve someone’s overall fitness is to practice and improve their weaknesses, and encourages our members to “make their weaknesses their strengths.”
