MONDAYS: 4:30pm-5:10pm
THURSDAYS: 4:30pm-5:10pm

Kids may stay to watch the 5:30 adult class if their parent is attending, and should bring homework/book/game with them to the gym. All other children must be picked up by 5:15pm.

CrossFit Teens: (Ages 13-17)

CrossFit for teen athletes focuses on safety and technique surrounding the basic barbell lifts and provides intense conditioning designed to create strong and powerful athletes. The workouts will be structured in a way to maximize power output and to mimic the demands required of athletes in their sport.

CrossFit is not a typical sport specific training, rather it is a specifically structured  strength and conditioning program designed for the serious athlete. The goal is to produce strong and capable athletes who can run faster, lift heavier and move more explosively than their opponents.

CrossFit is the sport of fitness, and can also be particularly advantageous to non-athletes who haven’t yet found their sport. CrossFit is an individual sport in which one’s prior performance helps to dictate their future progress, and improvements are measured against one’s own ability over time. The sport is performed in fun and motivating team environment, thus giving the athlete a sense of camaraderie and teaching good sportsmanship.
