Class Descriptions and Instructor Bios:
Laura Maron is a National Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Instructor. A student of anatomy and the therapeutic benefits of yoga, Laura’s focus is on alignments in the poses (or asanas) that protect joints and ligaments while improving flexibility and increasing range of motion. Her yoga classes are designed to empower students, giving them the knowledge to discover their own capabilities and the guidance to expand those capabilities safely and effectively.
Her classes will also incorporate breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation techniques.
Brianna O’Neal is a National Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Instructor and has received a Bachelors Degree in Health Science and Physical Education at Lee University. She believes that through proper breathing, alignment, stretching, and the postures all areas of fitness will improve.
She will be teaching a yoga flow sequence, combining strength, flexibility, balance while creating an awareness of the body. This class will combine a vigorous standing series of postures warming up the body to go into deeper floor postures.
Both classes are beginner friendly and open to all levels.
