CrossFit workouts are are made up of movements that the human body was designed to do (squat down, lift things off the ground, push/pull and sprint), combined in a way that continually pushes one’s boundaries of strength, speed and general physical capabilities. In essence, CrossFit makes you better, stronger, faster and more fit than you currently are, using exercises that your body likes and will respond well to.
CrossFit Aspire provides its members with expert coaching, a diverse workout agenda, and an environment that fosters passionate people who are serious about getting in shape.
CrossFit Aspire workouts are held in a garage gym and outdoors. Instead of mirrors, treadmills and TV’s, this gym has barbells, kettlebells and pull-up bars.
