Looks like Justin redeemed himself, we can still be friends now. Can’t wait to lift heavy dead-lift tonight!
What’s the running wod? I have to decide which one I want to come to!
Great workout today! 20 lb PR on the dead-lift @ 315 X 3! The MetCon I did with 185lbs and took 13:15 (just glad I finished). Congrats Alycia on your PR as well! And I think Steve had a PR today too! I never put smiley faces because I don’t know how.
Yeah, I got a PR too — 285 for a 3RM. I’ve pulled 300 recently, but only as a 1RM…315 is still a dream. Jason, that’s cool that you got that 315 for 3RM. Nice work.
My metcon was 6:13 at 195 lbs. I simultaneously loved and hated that metcon…total jelly-legs afterwards.
PR @ 205 X 3, that was my one rep max a couple weeks ago.
You guys are sooo strong! Becky also got a PR ( 40# PR, I believe) with 205#. Jill – when I grow up, can I be strong like you?
Your deadlift PR was amazing so see, even with the hip shake
Deadlift: 175#
Metcon: 4:44 with 115#.
The running class was great, too – About 8 people came out and I don’t think that anyone wanted to kill me afterward, so I think the volume of running was acceptable for the first time out. Great job, everyone. I’ll post a running picture on next Wed’s WOD page.
Jay – a smiley face is a colon and a right parenthesis. It turns into a smiley after you click on “submit comment”.
