    Great workout tonight! I love to squat:)!
    squats were 175, 195, 205, 225 (PR) and 235 (20 lb PR!)
    Pull-ups were 7,5,4,4,4 with the blue band.
    Work means I have a long rest period since I work Monday but I look forward to seeing everyone next week. Have a good long weekend for those who get one!

    120 x 5 and was pretty consistent with 2.5 strict pullups every round!
