Stop what you are doing, watch this video, and do what he tells you. The mobility part doesn’t even come until about until 2 minutes in, so be patient :)

FYI – The person in this video is Kelly Starrett. He is THE guy who keeps us Crossfitters mobile, stretched, and ready for workouts. He’s a Physical Therapist, a CrossFit gym owner in California and he now posts a daily Mobility WOD online for free! Justin and I will be attending his Mobility Certification up in Connecticut in October…so be on the lookout for some awesome new pre- and post-WOD stretches and mobility movements.
