5 Hang Power Cleans
3 Push Jerks

Use the same weight for all movements.

    No strictly strength component to PR today unfortunately

    I did the WOD with 75#, and finished in 4:39. I found a great rhythm with the hang power cleans during the first two rounds, but then my grip and forearms were so tight, I couldn’t keep the momentum for the remaining rounds.

    I did this one with Jill, who kept up a great pace, too, so that was motivating.

    I saw the end of Dave and Peter’s WOD – they were moving really well, even into the later rounds.
