    3×5 back squat @ 215lbs (PR for reps)
    Conditioning workout with 95lbs and 200m for the run @ 9:25 if I remember correctly
    Great workout today, I missed the squatting workouts last week so this was a great way to start the week for me.

    I back squatted yesterday x5, so today I subbed that for overhead squat. I got a 5lb PR at 80×5 :)

    I did this one in the rain, so I had to stop and dry off my sneakers on a towel before attempting the box jumps…(but that might have just been my excuse to catch my breath for a moment or two. hehe.)
