    I keep forgetting to post right away so I’m not 100% what my time was but I think my row was 1:54.7. I did deadlifts instead of power snatch because my shoulder has been bothering me. I did 165# and we did 20 minutes instead of 15. It was a good workout this morning.

    1:55 row. Jill beat me by one second…I’ll get her next time :)
    Snatch w 55 and worked on technique. This isn’t a great lift for me.

    Don’t forget to foam roll your back, chest, and under your armpit every day to help with shoulder tightness.
